I opened an Etsy store to sell my prints. They are from hand painted lithographs I showed last May @ Amberella Gallery in the Piazza in Philadelphia. They rage from 12x17 to 23x34 These are selling considerably cheaper then from the gallery. Buy em' up while they last!

Headless Horseman

Cut some more material off the sprocket cover today.

Gathered up some friends and went out for a ride to enjoy the crisp weather that's hit Philadelphia recently. Duff, Jen, Nick, my brother and I battled city traffic and made our way to Boulevard Tattoo to sneak a peak at Chad's new Shovel. Stopped for some Cantina on Passyunk and then coffee off of South St. There was a minor mishap with some horse drawn carriage exhaust that had me dry heaving on the side of the road, I've been hit with bird shit before but horse shit flung to the face is for sure a new experience that I'd rather not repeat. Sounds like a wild one out there on Girard tonight, adios.

Solitude

I've been spending Friday nights alone in the shop the past couple weeks. After a long week in a classroom with around 150+ high school students and pointless administrative meetings the solitude of working in the shop alone is like a breathe of fresh air. I spent this Friday chopping up my cam cover. I'm pleased with the results. I'm going to try and find a better cut for the sprocket cover, the proportions of the first cut don't work very well with the cam cover. I bought a ticket to Portland yesterday too, this will be my first time on the left coast.

Sprocket

Spent some time in the shop this weekend. I chopped some material off the sprocket cover, it doesn't look quite right with the cam cover un-chopped. I took it off until I chop the cam cover next weekend. I also removed the mini led set up I had for my oil and neutral lights, now there is only one wire coming from the headlight. It's taken two and a half years but this bike is finally starting to feel fairly stripped down and clean. I remember feeling really frustrated and hating the fuel injection because it seemed to make everything complicated and bulky with millions of wires, I've fallen in love with this bike again with this makeover. I stripped out my rear cylinders exhaust stud by using crappy home depot hardware, not so excited about pulling that out of the head.

This is Jen and her new RD350. This bike scares the crap out of me, crazy fast and light as hell. She did a wheelie yesterday. Jen is rad and as you can see pretty special.

Ppa court hearing

I'm sitting in the waiting room of the philadelphia parking authority's bureau of administrative adjudication with a slew of angry people. I'm here to contest a ticket for parking on the sidewalk in center city. I'm reminiscing about sitting under an overpass in a flash rainstorm looking out over this view. Awe-some. I'm looking foward to riding today. Removed my strut covers last night. Less is more.
